• Accessing workshop resources

    Some of our online resources, particularly the module content, will load in pop-up windows. Sometimes browsers or pop-up blocking software will prevent these windows from displaying. Please make sure you disable any pop-up blocking software while using Moodle. 

    For specific instructions on how to allow Moodle pop-up content in your browser, refer to the sections below.

    Chrome
    1. Open the Chrome menu by clicking the three dots in upper right corner.   
    2. Select Settings
    3. Scroll down and click the Advanced dropdown
    4. Under the Privacy section, click on the Site settings section
    5. Click on Pop-ups and redirects section
    6. In the Allow section, click Add 
    7. Type in https://online.ibo.org:443 and click Add
    Firefox
    1. Open the Firefox menu by clicking the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.  
    2. Click on Options.
    3. Scroll down to the Permission section.
    4. To the right of Block pop-up windows, click Exceptions.
    5. Type in https://online.ibo.org:443 and click Allow.
    6. Click Save Changes.

    Internet Explorer
    1. Open the Tools menu by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner.  
    2. Select Internet Options.
    3. Select the Privacy tab.
    4. Under the Pop-up Blocker section, click the Settings button.
    5. Type in https://online.ibo.org:443 and click Add.
    6. Click Close then OK.

    Safari
    1. From the Safari menu, choose Preferences... and click the Security tab.
    2. Ensure the Block pop-up windows option is not checked. Unchecking this option will allow pop-ups.
    3. To block pop-ups once again, check the Block pop-up windows checkbox.
